These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SafaCleaners’ residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
• “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to SafaCleaners.
• “Client”, “you”, “your” refers to the person or entity purchasing services.
• “Services” means any residential or commercial cleaning services provided by us.
2. Booking & Payment
• Estimates & Quotes:
Based on information you provide; final charges may adjust if scope changes
• Deposit & Payment:
25% deposit due at booking; balance due upon completion (cash, credit card, or online).
• Late Payments:
1.5% monthly finance charge on overdue balances.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client-Initiated:
• Free cancellation/reschedule up to 48 hours before appointment.
• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Company-Initiated:
• If we cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you promptly and apply your deposit to the new date.
4. Service Scope & Access
• You must provide safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned.
• Additional fees apply for excessive clutter, extreme dirt, hazardous waste, or vermin remediation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
• Report any issues within 24 hours of service. We’ll re-clean affected areas at no extra charge.
6. Liability & Insurance
• We carry general liability insurance.
• Not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items. Remove valuables and breakables before service.
7. Confidentiality
• Any information you share (alarm codes, security details) is kept strictly confidential.
8. Termination
• We may terminate service if payment is past due, unsafe conditions exist, or repeated cancellations occur.
9. Changes to Terms
• We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
